Come check out the first-ever in-person showcase of talent from our BA Creative & Cultural Industries students! It’s a fantastic chance to see fresh ideas, original projects, and incredible creative work produced by the first graduating class of this new degree programme at University College Dublin.

From short films to zines, online exhibitions to performances — we’ll be showcasing 28 student projects that engage with critical issues in culture, society, and the economy. The event will include a reception, short remarks, and highlights from selected student projects from 12.00-13.00; and a chance to chat further with students and explore samples of their work from 13.00-14.00. It’s taking place in UCD’s new Trapdoor Theatre, located at the basement level of the Newman Building in the heart of campus.

Our students have spent the last four years immersed in producing, managing, and innovating across different creative artforms and practices, combining studies in the arts and humanities, information and communication, law, and business. They’ve interned at cultural organisations, media, events management, and marketing agencies; and studied abroad across Europe, Asia, and Australia. They’ve taken leadership roles in student societies and staged independent cultural events in Dublin and beyond. We’re so proud to share their achievements, and hope you can join us for this special event.
