Designer by trade and problem solver by nature, Ciara is the coordinator for the Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate programme at CFA. She brings with her a wealth of design thinking knowledge from her 8 years at IBM and extensive branding experience from almost two decades working in the brand design industry.

While working as Visual designer at IBM Watson Health, Ciara worked on large scale social services software with multidisciplinary teams for global customers. As a brand designer she has worked with businesses of many sizes and needs such as AIB, Barry's Tea, ESB Networks, Glenilen Farm, RTÉ and Tyrone Productions.

Ciara has a first-class Masters in Design Communication, and a BA Hons Graphics from University of Ulster. She enjoys bringing people together under a shared goal, working in multidisciplinary teams, creative visual storytelling, and using Design Thinking to bring structure and focus to projects. Ciara is motivated by working in the areas of climate and health, and is delighted to join the team at CFA for the rollout and delivery of the Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate programme.
