Bio

Lucy McKenna is the Coordinator for the Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate programme at CFA. Prior to this Lucy spent six years at Meta, where she programme managed creative learning experiences and cultural initiatives across EMEA and APAC regions. Her work there focused on building inclusive, impactful experiences that fostered creativity, connection, wellbeing, and innovation across hybrid and international teams. She collaborated with cross-functional partners to develop creative learning initiatives in AR/VR, wellness, DE&I, and onboarding—reaching thousands of employees and shaping long-term programme strategy.

Lucy brings to this role a deep understanding of innovating in the boardroom using creative ecosystems, along with a passion for enabling others to connect meaningfully through culture, storytelling, and shared experiences. Alongside her work in program management and coordination, Lucy is an active visual artist supported by the Irish Arts Council. Her practice investigates the boundaries of perception, knowledge systems, and the unseen, with work exhibited nationally and internationally. She holds a studio practice in Dublin, and her projects often draw on themes of science, cosmology, and making the invisible, visible.
