Students from last year have already gone on to do great things in their careers. One student Amine Reda, created amazing work drawing inspiration from his Moroccan heritage. His magazine Ouzel, meaning ‘the soul’ in Berber, is a kaleidoscope of colors, patterns, and textures of his lived experience.
Lara Fagherazzi noted that during ’the course we got to connect with some of the amazing and eclectic names within the international fashion industry from photographers, designers and stylists to journalists, producers and creative directors. It was an amazing opportunity to get personal insights into the industry’.
Katie-Ruby McLaughlin Robinson recently styled and directed this striking shoot in L’OFFICIEL INC. for the beautiful editorial, Silent Language which was created as part of Katie’s final project, exploring the hidden codes in fashion—how garments communicate identity, culture, and meaning beyond words. Accompanied by a thought-provoking essay, her work examines fashion as a visual language that speaks volumes without a single word. Capturing in essence the spirit of this course!
