There was a great buzz at the 24 Hour Design challenge Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology at the weekend! ! This initiative run by IADT Media Cube in conjunction with Creative Futures Academy has gathered students from National College of Art & Design, University College Dublin who have worked together to find creative solutions to a number of challenges. The 24-Hour design challenge is sponsored by the Design & Crafts Council Ireland as part of Design week under the theme ‘Imagination for Opportunity’
The winners of the Big Pitch for the 24 Hour Design Challenge for 2024 were:
Noor Ayad – National College of Art & Design, Iniya Baskaran – National College of Art & Design, Shadow Kelly – Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and Shreyansh Sharma – National College of Art & Design for their solution ‘Inclusive Minds’
